3. Orders and Payment

• Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
• Payment Methods: We accept major payment providers, including Paystack, including card payments, bank transfer, and USSD.

5. Returns and Refunds Policy

Given the personal nature of our products, such as Body Butters, Body Wash, and Hair Growth Oils, the following policy applies:

• Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: For hygiene and safety reasons, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
• Exclusions: Perishable items or goods with broken "tamper-evident" seals may not be eligible for return.
