How to start a return
- Email cnmessentials@cnm-group.net with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our support team will review your request and issue a return authorization if eligible.
- Pack the item(s) securely in their original sealed packaging and ship them back to the address we provide.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Eligibility checklist
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

- The "tamper-evident" seal on the product is intact.
